Description: Geography Student Union represents the interest and welfare of its members to the Department of Geography and to the University.

Objectives of the union shall be:
a. To promote and respect student interests within the Program/Department and the University.
b. To provide academic, social, and recreational activities for the membership.
c. To undertake projects and activities to benefit the members.
d. To undertake such initiatives as the members may from time-to-time decide.
Automatic membership shall be extended to:
a. Declared Majors
b. Declared Minors
c. Honours Students
d. Any student enrolled in a certificate program offered by the department
e. Any students currently enrolled in courses offered by the Program/Department.
