Union Mandate:
Objectives of the union shall be:
1. To identify and promote the academic, intellectual, and career concerns of Undergraduate and Post Baccalaureate Diploma Program students in the Department of Gerontology.
2. To provide academic, social, and recreational activities for the membership.
3. To undertake additional activities as decided collectively by the membership.
4. The aims and objectives of the Student Union shall be consistent with those of the Simon Fraser Student Society (SFSS) Constitution and Policies.

Automatic membership shall be extended to:
Automatic membership in the Student Union is extended to all undergraduate students enrolled in the Gerontology Minor Program, students enrolled in the Post Baccalaureate Diploma Program in Gerontology, and students enrolled in any undergraduate Gerontology course in any given semester.
