Objectives of the union shall be:
To promote and represent the interests of students in the Molecular Biology and Biochemistry Department. To further these objectives, the Union shall:
1. Identify and promote the academic, intellectual and career concerns of the membership.
2. Provide social and recreational activities for the membership.
3. Undertake projects and activities to benefit the members.
4. Run elections in order to place students on committees or events that need or permit student representation.
Automatic membership shall be extended to:
All students majoring or minoring in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry or students currently enrolled in at least one MBB course.
